Ribs for Beginners Class
Restaurant owner, Chef and BBQ pit master Dan Janssen gives lessons on cooking the perfect ribs from your backyard smoker. He shares his years of knowledge in a hands on BBQ class that leads student through the different types of smokers, BBQ equipment, types of fuel, burning technique’s, flavors of BBQ, types of Ribs, cuts of ribs, butchering ribs, dry rubs, cooking time and temperature, sauces, tenderness, and troubleshooting.
This is not a competition BBQ class but will help anyone cook ribs better.
BBQ Grilling Class
Explore back yard grilling with Chef Dan Janssen as he takes you through a hands on cooking class exploring different grilling recipes. You will learn basic skills for both charcoal and gas grilling as well as great recipes for serving up the perfect grilled meals. Class will wrap up with a tasting of the food that is prepared.

BBQ Pork for Beginners
Ever wonder what it is like to smoke great pulled pork? Explore the dynamics of smoking pork shoulder/butt with this beginner class on smoking pork. We will walk you through techniques of smoking, buying and rubbing pork shoulder, and how to get great smoked pork shoulder.
Grilled & Smoked Fish & Seafood Class
his class will explore smoking and grilling traditional fish and seafood items like Smoked salmon, Grilled Shrimp, and many other great recipes.
Classes are $120 per person for 3-4 hours of lessons and BBQ meal at the end.
