Restaurant owner, Chef and BBQ pit master Dan Janssen gives lessons on cooking the perfect ribs from your backyard smoker. He shares his years of knowledge in a hands on BBQ class that leads student through the different types of smokers, BBQ equipment, types of fuel, burning technique’s, flavors of BBQ, types of Ribs, cuts of ribs, butchering ribs, dry rubs, cooking time and temperature, sauces, tenderness, and troubleshooting.
This is not a competition BBQ class but will help anyone cook ribs better.
Classes are $120 per person for 3-4 hours of lessons and BBQ meal at the end.
